Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, any other U.S. overseas territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or PO Box addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of the package and product.
Returns
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Returned products must be in original packaging and resellable condition. SIOKIUU does not charge a restocking fee.
Warranty
SIOKIUU products include a 3-year limited warranty for residential or personal use. Products used for commercial or industrial purposes include a 270-day limited warranty. Warranty coverage is not limited to the original purchaser when valid proof of purchase or order information is supplied.
