SIOKIUU generators include a 3-year limited warranty. Commercial or industrial use is covered for 270 days.
Warranty support applies when the product was purchased from this store and the request is made within the warranty period.
Exclusions include normal wear and maintenance, misuse, modification, overuse, cosmetic damage, consumables such as filters and O-rings, accessories such as starter batteries or storage covers, failures caused by non-original parts, force majeure, and improper utility backfeeding.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Items should be returned in original packaging and resaleable condition. No restocking fee is charged.
For product-quality issues caused by SIOKIUU, we cover the related return or replacement cost and will help arrange a replacement or refund.
