- Delivery area: We ship within the 48 contiguous United States only.
- Shipping cost: Free standard shipping is available on all orders delivered within our service area. No minimum purchase is required.
- Excluded delivery areas: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, any other U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or PO Box addresses.
- Estimated delivery: Delivery is typically 3-7 business days after dispatch. Actual timing may vary due to weather, carrier delays, address issues, or peak-season volume.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Damaged or missing items: If your package arrives damaged or parts are missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package, product, and issue.
