- SIOKIUU generators include a 3-year limited warranty. Commercial or industrial use is covered for 270 days.
- Warranty support applies when the product was purchased from this store and the request is made within the warranty period.
- Exclusions include normal wear and maintenance, misuse, modification, overuse, cosmetic damage, consumables such as filters and O-rings, accessories such as starter batteries or storage covers, failures caused by non-original parts, force majeure, and improper utility backfeeding.
Returns
- We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date.
- For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Items should be returned in original packaging and resaleable condition. No restocking fee is charged.
- For product-quality issues caused by SIOKIUU, we cover the related return or replacement cost and will help arrange a replacement or refund.
