Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 14-day return policy gives you ample time to ensure your item is perfect for you.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of shipment to request a return. Please note that this 14-day period begins on the day the merchant dispatches your order, rather than the date the item is received. Requests made after this window will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Fees & Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing, which is why we have structured our return costs as follows:

• No Processing Fees: There are no restocking or handling fees for any returns.
• Standard Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, fit, or style), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Quality Issues: If a return or exchange is required due to a proven manufacturer defect or product quality issue, we will take full responsibility. In these cases, Siokiuu will cover all return shipping costs.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at siokiuupower@gmail.com within the 14-day window. For returns based on quality issues, please include clear photos or evidence of the defect so we can provide a pre-paid shipping label and expedite your request.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at siokiuupower@gmail.com.
