SIOKIUU Return & Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies only to complete product orders. For parts and accessories orders, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled at no cost as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Customers can cancel their order by accessing the order confirmation email or logging into their account and selecting the “Cancel Order” option.

If you are unable to cancel your order through your account, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or intercepted.

In this case, customers must receive the product and initiate a return request according to the return policy.

Refunds will be issued for the product price minus any applicable shipping and handling fees once the returned item is received and processed.


2. Return Policy

SIOKIUU accepts returns for eligible products under the following conditions:

· Return period: within 30 days of delivery

· Only new and unused products are eligible for return

· Returned items must include all original packaging and components

· Items must be returned to our warehouse for inspection before a refund is issued 


3. Return Conditions

Please carefully review the following conditions. SIOKIUU reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the requirements are not met.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

· Damage caused by customer misuse, improper operation, or improper maintenance

· Products containing excessive oil or fuel residue

For safety and transportation compliance, all returned products must be completely drained of oil and fuel before shipping. Carriers such as FedEx will not accept packages containing fuel or oil.


4. Return Shipping & Refund Responsibility

Manufacturing Defects

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, SIOKIUU will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Non-Quality-Related Returns

For returns not related to manufacturing defects, customers must contact customer support for approval.

A prepaid return label may be provided; however, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

For accessories and parts, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


5. Return & Refund Process

To complete a return:

1. Submit a return request to customer support

2. Wait for approval and return instructions

3. Receive a return shipping label (if applicable)

4. Ship the product back to our warehouse

5. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.


6. Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund within 5 business days after approval:

· Check your bank or credit card statement

· Contact your bank for processing delays

· Credit card refunds may take up to 7 additional business days to appear on your account

If the refund is still not received after this period, please contact customer support.


7. General Notice

This return and cancellation policy applies only to products purchased directly from the official SIOKIUU website.

Products purchased through third-party platforms are subject to the return policies of the respective platform.
